Rainy and icy New Mexico

After driving 32 hours in 3 days, we were wiped. We couldn’t take pictures of half the amazing things we have seen or the lovely people we have met. It’s hard to describe the panic when you pull off a highway and can’t get back on again because of construction or because the windshield is covered in ice or the visibility is down to 30-40 feet because of fog. Sometimes you just have to be a little brave, do something a little crazy, and maybe you will be rewarded with an incredible experience.

Welcome to the sun! Where exactly are you and for how long? We’re 4 hours from Phoenix. It’d be cool to meet.

  4. Cool pictures! They remind me of my trip in the south west of the US. The enormous landscapes, the huge skies! Now I envy you and I want to go back 🙂
